Coal Weighers:

The Avery coal weighers are in need of overhaul before they are in reasonable condition, but so far as can be ascertained the cost involved is not likely to be serious.

Coal Mixing Plant: The four coal mixing conveyors have been overhauled and are now in reasonable condition.

Conveyors and Elevators: The main belt conveyor from the mixing sheds to bucket elevator in the new boiler house appears to be in good working order. The necessary repairs and adjustments having already been effected. No.1 bucket elevator in the new boiler house has been overhauled as

The main belt conveyor in the new boiler house appears to be in excellent condition. The same remark applies to the cross belt conveyor which now supplies the old boiler house in which boilers Nos.1, 2 and 7 - 10 are situated.

The gravity bucket conveyor in the old boiler house which is used to convey either coal or ashes as required, was installed about 25 years ago. A certain amount of maintenance and repair has been carried out, and the Company now consider that this is in reasonable condition considering its age. The spiral conveyor from the gravity bucket conveyor to No.2 boiler has been overhauled and is now in good working order. It will be appreciated that the boiler has been converted to oil firing.

11. Ash Plant: The ash handling plant for No.11 and 12

Instruments: A quantity of mercury has been removed from certain instruments, and approximately 50 lbs is required
